Ms.Valencia has been serving injured workers for the majority of her career. Her compassion and dedication to our clients makes her an instrumental asset to our practice. She has more than 25 years of experience working in the workers’ compensation industry and her knowledge of workers’ compensation law and procedure is invaluable to the success and growth of our firm. Ms. Valencia has expanded her expertise over the years by completing various workers’ compensation seminars covering relevant topics related to rating, impairment under AMA guidelines, vocational rehabilitation, and medical terminology. Ms. Valencia is also fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Valencia began her career more than two and a half decades ago as a file clerk for a San Fernando Valley law firm and worked her way up to Paralegal, representing both employers and injured workers.
This experience helped Ms. Valencia evolve into a savvy, steadfast, and knowledgeable case manager for numerous clients, moving cases from beginning to end effectively and efficiently.
