Ricardo Ybarra

Mr. Ybarra is the Office Administrator of MB&A’s headquarters office in Sherman Oaks, CA. Mr. Ybarra has over 10 years of professional experience specifically in the Workers’ Compensation field. Mr Ybarra’s Workers’ Compensation career began on the medical side of the industry. Soon after Mr. Ybarra decided to transition his career over to the legal side of Workers’ Compensation and joined the MB&A team. Mr. Ybarra was one of the first MB&A team members and has served a pivotal role in the development and growth of MB&A ever since. From humble beginnings of coordinating files and developing client’s cases for optimal results to now contributing on complex cases directly with both Mr. Burgis, Founder and Managing Attorney at MB&A, and Javier Lechuga, Chief Operating Officer at MB&A.

Mr. Ybarra continues to pave the way for new and up-and-coming MB&A team members. Mr. Ybarra’s passion and dedication has positively impacted the MB&A’s culture of striving higher for our clients.
