Hi, this is Michael Burgis of Michael Burgis & Associates. This is a quick newsletter to keep you updated of what’s going on with the firm.

Case Manager and Attorney Training

First, we just wrapped up one of our trainings here. We’re focusing very heavily this year on training. What we’re going to be doing is we’re doing two trainings a month, every other Friday. One is focusing on case managers. The other is focusing on attorneys and executive staff.

Ultimately, what that means to you is more effective communication and better legal strategies to help get you the best medical treatment we can get you. Get your case resolved as soon as possible for as much money as possible.

Social Media Lounge: Podcast Interviews with Doctors and Other Experts

And in 2024, we’re expanding, in a little sneak peek here, into a social media lounge that we’re building. This is going to be a podcast room where we’re going to interview doctors and vocational experts and some of the professionals in the cases to help our clients figure out how to articulate and how to communicate with these experts. Because the better the information is going in, the better the report is coming out.
